At first, we check in to our assigned room toilet was visibly used, we requested to change the room .. they did but later on in that room there were used socks near couchā€¦ disgusted have to think twice before coming to this hotel again.

The EV charger wasn't fonctionning and the attendant didn't know what to do. The attendant was clueless of any questions ask. The room was clean but they forgot to remove the ozone machine before attributing the room.

room service missed our room and i had to call for towel and coffee. they brought up requested items quickly. the breakfast was edible but nothing special. they had a picture of a salon in elevator and when i asked for services was told it closed a year ago. why not change the pic?

The room was good. The breakfast selection is great but it was not really hot- warm yes but not hot! The TV options were really lacking. If you donā€™t have the subscriptions to Netflix, crave etc you wonā€™t have much for options to watch. Really like the hotel it just needs a few tweaks!

Service at the front desk was great. Not so much in the restaurant the next morning. There was no fresh fruit, all the hot items were empty except for hard boiled eggs & pancakes. It took 10 minutes for staff to replenish.

Loved the property! Had an incredible stay. Only issue was with an extremely ignorant, poorly trained front desk agent, thankfully a coworker remedied the situation. Gym is incredible, really loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and canā€™t wait to visit again
