Cheap Hotels in Reno

This was a TERRIBLE place to stay! The door was clearly kicked in at some point, and the door was loose. You could almost open the door without the key. I looked at others in the hallway our room was in and our door was the only one like that. The escalators were closed to get to and from the front desk, as well as to the room. Given this, getting to the front desk was quite a trek, not to mention getting to the room. You even have to hike up and down a flight of stairs with luggage! It was damn near in Timbuktu. We didn’t even want to leave the room again once we finally arrived at our room. Dreading that walk, the closed escalators, and the FAR away room. We didn’t even bring in all of the bags we had packed due to the inconvenience of the location/walk, tram and escalators being closed. I hardly slept due to the loose door issue. I was overcharged and the front desk was not helpful, caring, concerned at all. I’ve honestly stayed at all of the large properties in Reno over the years, and this one is the worst one I’ve ever stayed at. There’s not a chance I will not be back to this property. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, I guess this place works. The class of people at this hotel was also less than desirable. There were several people that appeared to be drug addicts, prostitutes, pimp, thugs, and other types of unsavory guests/people loitering about. I did not feel safe. I wish you luck if you go here. This was THE WORST Reno hotel experience of my life to date.

PLEASANT STAY

Great property! Kids loved the indoor pool but they should have more employees supervising because at one point pool was over capacity.
