Initially didn't start out on the best of circumstances when trying to "self check-in" at one of their several auto "self check-in" kiosks. The kiosk wouldn't accept my confirmation # and couldn't find my reservation by using my DL card. With no employee around to assist, it took the 4th try to get it done. Staying here for 5 days, the 2nd day really set the tone for the rest of the stay. My room was situated on the 5th floor. As it turns out, the elevators that go up to that floor have all broken down so that the ONLY way to get to my room that day was to try and catch a Security guard to let me ride up the employee elevator up. Going back down was worse because I'd have to use the stairs and would end up outside since the door to the casino floor were locked. After 4 hours, I've finally had enough of either being stuck downstairs or stuck in my room, a concierge made a move to have my room transferred to a floor of my choosing. I'm glad I did as the next couple of days the lines to all the elevators have been at least 10 deep. From there it's been all little incidences after little incidences that pile up into one large inconvenience. No water bottles in the room. Getting water on the gaming floor has revealed how rude the staff can get. A family member of mine was accused of stealing from a slot machine she didn't play by an employee and was "ordered to stay and wait for security" which never came. No apologies for the mistake. In short, don't stay here!

Upon check in I received great customer service! I thought it would be a little bit of a hassle to change my room to non smoking, but nope. It was a pleasant surprise to have the staff accommodate with ease. The housekeeping was nice too. They didn’t disrupt anything in the room when cleaning. The hotel was all around clean and safe. I’ve stayed here a couple times before so I think it’s time to make this one my go to. I wish they had in room jacuzzi tubs, that would top it off! Thanks SL.

Loved the view from our room. What I didn’t like was that the elevator wasn’t working! We stayed in the 6th floor with four elevators, but only one barely worked. We had to take a freight elevator up to our room at night. We waited five minutes to get down to the lobby to check out. Our coffee cups in our room were dirty and obviously reused. Machines were super tight, tried to eat at Ruth’s Chris but were told it was full for the evening, even though it was empty at the time (4pm). Really would appreciate a refund or at the very least a comp. Come on Carano family, I know you are better business people than what we experienced!

Not the best place
The hotel was fine but the hallways and rooms are very loud. The faucets had no water pressure. The elevators and escalators were broken causing big lines and the food was crazy expensive.
