We spent a 3 day weekend in New York. The pool was fantastic. It was the warmest pool water that we ever swam in. Definitely would stay here again for that reason alone! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had supper at the property and the food was fantastic. Plenty of parking and the staff was very helpful and friendly. 5 stars all the way.

The bed sheet was very dirty and poor quality, the bathroom light bulb and the fan was not in working condition. We asked for some extra towels but the front desk was refusing to give . The bed smelled very bad and the overall bedding was below average. This hotel had no standard of Hilton but it had a motel standard. I will never stay at this hotel and it is not worth paying for such poor standards and service.

I chose this hotel because of the Hot Tub and pool. the hot tub jets were not working. and the water temp was below what the temp should be. Not sure why the hotel is so stingy with their washcloths. We had to ask twice for a second cloth as only one was provided. and there were two people in the room. I felt the mattress was very uncomfortable. Sleep was unrestful. I woke up stiff and achy for the 5 nights we were there. The ice machines were out of order on the 1st and 3rd floors, I didn't check any other floors since I decided to not waste my time and went to the front desk for a cup of ice. The best thing about the hotel was the pool. it was clean and the temp was very nice.

Great location with a bus stop right at the front of property. 25-40 minutes to Port authority bus terminal in Manhattan depending on the traffic. Very safe neighbourhood with offices in the area. Free parking is a big plus. Clean rooms with great staff and customer service.
