This 3,400 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on the banks of Cutler Creek features incredible views in every direction. Step into the spacious light and bright living area with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows throughout and ultra comfortable seating to take in the awe-inspiring views. A fully stocked kitchen with gas range, two dedicated dining spaces and four bedrooms creates the perfect family or group getaway.

The Primary bedroom, located on the second floor, features a King bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom, also on the second floor, features a Queen bed and full bathroom in the hallway. The third and fourth bedrooms, located on the first floor, feature Queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.

The outdoor space invites guests to relax on the oversized back deck next to the banks of Cutler Creek. Enjoy your favorite hot beverage in the morning or libation during the evening Alpenglo. Prepare a well-deserved outdoor meal on the gas grill and relax at the dining table with unforgettable evening ambiance.

Guests are welcome to park up to two vehicles in the garage and two vehicles in front of the garage. RV's and trailers are not allowed. Free parking is available for RV's and trailers at the west end of 9th Avenue, in Ouray.

ABOUT THE AREA
Nestled in the San Juan Gateway mountain range, Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities. In the spring, summer and fall months visitors enjoy riding UTV's, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions and fishing. The free summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park every Thursday evening in June and Hartwell Park in Ridgway every Thursday evening in July are not to be missed!

In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! We had a lot of fun with all the games that were provided. The views from the home were amazing. We even did a hike in the back along the creek. We were very impressed with the huge bedrooms and lots of living space for our entire family! The outside patio was the most enjoyable thing about this home, and I don’t want to forget the views! The location was great! Only thing I would complain about was needing to run clothes through 2 cycles in the dryer for them to be dry. Such an amazing home! I would stay here again.

This place has spectacular views!!
Besides my husband and I there were 3 other couples with us on our vacation. We came up to jeep the trails in the area and this place did not disappoint. The description and pictures do not do this place justice. Our group has been vacationing for years together and usually stay in homes and this place was gorgeous! We have all decided this was the best place we've ever stayed in. The only problem we had was my husband started having knee trouble just before we came and the steps were a challenge as well as the was no walk-in shower. The master bathroom did have grab bars at the toilet and the garden tub. We will be back again and will stay here again!

Great house for family or friends.
The house was comfortable. Plenty of room for our 6 adults, a 9 year old and a baby. Plenty of Towels, dishes etc. close To Ouray and Ridgway. Deck is very big. We brought games but there were games there. A bobcat came around a couple times. And something knocked at the sliding door downstairs twice early in the morning. Too tired to investigate. We would recommend staying Here.

Great place near Ouray
This home is very spacious, and was very clean. Wonderful views from the deck, especially at night when the stars came out. Being able to use the garage was a huge benefit. Property management was very easy to work with. I didn’t cook in the kitchen but it seemed well appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying at this property, and this time we brought more friends. Everyone loved it! The bedrooms are HUGE, the place is clean, and the deck is AMAZING. The beds are very comfortable. We usually made breakfast and dinner at the house and had everything we needed to make meals. Spent most of the time when we were at the house on the deck. And this year we found the nightlight! Yay! Another perfect stay.

Perfect house with lots of space and privacy. The views from the deck are amazing! House was clean and well furnished. Plenty of towels, extra bedding, and even found some toys in the closet for our little ones. Property management was responsive and helpful. The house description specifically the room layout was a bit confusing. There is only one bedroom with a bathroom connected. I was under the impression the house had 2 rooms like this. It is a good multi-family home but the downstairs only has one bathroom and it’s really small. The property listing could be a bit more clearer on this. Overall good house and property and would stay again!

Property was very nice. We wanted something in the Ouray area with enough rooms for our group and a great outdoor space. This property met all of these objectives. Secluded enough to feel private, and only a short drive from both Ouray and Ridgeway. The drive to Montrose is very quick as well for any big box store needs.

Stunning house, stunning views
Everything about this house was perfect. First, the bedrooms are HUGE! And the beds are very very comfortable with great heavy snuggly comforters on them. The kitchen is just the right size and had everything we needed to stay in and eat. The house has an open floor plan so we could sit in the large living room, stare at the mountian peak through the window in front of us, and still talk to friends in the kitchen. The patio was also very very large. We spent a lot of time on the patio. There are electric awnings we could put out for the afternoon sun. This was one of the nicest, most thought out VRBO's we have stayed at. Only negative is that it gets very dark in the mountains at night and a night light in the bathrooms would be really helpful for those us who get up in the middle of the night. We would stay here again!
