The Upper unit is a 2 level, 3 bedroom/1 bath. The master and second bedroom are furnished with Queen beds, nightstands, lamps, and full mirrors. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a single bed, desk, lamp, and mirror. The kitchen is fully furnished for all of your cooking and baking needs. Great place to stay
We came to Rochester to visit our daughter and family. This rental was located in the perfect location. Close to our daughter, close to great walking paths, and close to downtown. The beds were comfortable and the house was well supplied.

We could not get the temperature to stay where we wanted it. After a few hours, it would drop. Also, and this is a problem with most VRBO properties, the kitchen is sparsely equipped.

We stayed for 7 weeks for treatment at Mayo Clinic. We walked to/from the hospital for all appointments, which was really nice. The house is clean, equipped and well maintained. The property host, Broc, is awesome. Very helpful and attentive to any needs or concerns. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!
