Within easy walking distance from Rome's Central station, this hostel is a cheerful and pleasant stay. With great wifi, clean shared facilities including lounges and an outdoor patio, the hostel is situated in a great restaurant area.

The room had a TV but not working (Not even a remote control), there are garbage containers in front of the street and trucks picking the containers make a lot of noise at late night and early morning, very difficult to keep sleeping at night

Hello, my friend and I stayed in a private room last night (Friday, May 24th) and checked out this morning. I have to complain about the inappropriate behavior of one of the employees who completely overstepped our boundaries and acted in a completely inappropriate manner. We were heading back to the hostel last night to go to sleep and had trouble with our keys. This is was an issue every time we had to enter the building in which the dorm was located, and had to ask for help from the receptionist every time we needed to re-enter. We were back at the hostel between the hours of 3am and 4am, and went to ask help from the receptionist working at this time. He helped us into the building and then proceeded to follow us up the stairs and entered our room. We did not invite nor want him in our room. He then pushed me up against the wall and started hugging me and kissing my cheek. I tried to push him away and it took both my friend and I to get him out of our room. His harassment and behavior are inexcusable, and this behavior is completely inappropriate of any employee and is not conducive to maintaining a safe hostel environment. We are both deeply shocked and shaken with what we experienced.

We booked a room with shared bathroom and they "upgraded" us to another room at the 5th floor but without Wi-Fi and the kitchen was flooded with water. They solved those problems only 4 hours before our check out and didn't get any reimburse for the inconvenience.. Matt is a great front desk helper but couldn't do much. When requested a reimbursement the owner and other member of the hostel said "floods happens" And they new this was happening 2 days before and gave the room at 5th floor knowing that issue. Will never schedule again with them..

Best hostel I’ve ever experienced! Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The location is great, a couple of minutes by walking to the main train station. The breakfast pastries are delicious and the building itself is very beautiful and historic. I would gladly recommend this hostel to anyone, especially solo travellers.

Very friendly staff! Great place to stay, clean and affordable. Very close to the termini, convenient to take public transportation to get to places. They also provide breakfast every morning and also have complementary drinks and snacks every evening. They also have a safe storage area for luggage Incase you need to check out and your next train is not till late. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

This clean and well located hostel was exactly what I wanted as a 39-yr-old solo female traveller. I liked my 4-bed female only dorm with a cosy bed and plenty of space under the bed for my suitcase(but terrible pillow!) with shared bathroom, cabinet and body wash, table and chair, lockers and a bedside drawer, charging points, small balcony and invaluable aircon in 34 degree heat! Met some friendly, considerate ladies and the lift was handy to the fourth floor, although it took some getting used to! Reception service was good, supplied an iron and luggage storage on last day with a late flight out. Towels charged at 2euros so take your own as well as handwash and toiletries! Free breakfast of tasty croissants but milk for coffee was awful but I found a fab cafe just a few doors to the right. The outside garden was small but noisy, full of young kids mostly so unable to read my book. There are cheap restaurants directly opposite, but the food was poor on the whole. I did find an excellent souvenir shop around the corner and a lovely patisserie and local cornershop for cheap bottles of water and supplies. The best thing was the local train station about 15mins walk from hostel. I bought a week's pass for 25euros and got to all the sights (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc) in just a few minutes. I also easily booked a bullet train to Venice using an online booth, though the queues are massive at any time of the day! Safe, cheap, cheerful and brill transport links!

1. While no parking around, at the beginning asked reception about it, he said no idea. Also asked for earlier check-in for a few hours, with no flexibility, just said NO. 2. There was an elevator but customers are not allowed to use. Means two - three floors gotta go through steps. 3. Washrooms with bathroom at minimum quality. 4. No blanket at beds, just sheet. 5. I had everything by Expedia, but they asked 3.5 euro for city, on top of my payment. Not only didn't explain clearly, but also said only by CASH, not CARD !!! No trust ! I paid by card anyways but wouldn't come back there anymore.
