Reasonably priced and conveniently located. Bed and pillows are comfy, towels are clean. Staff are all smiles always. But the gloomy dark color turned us off and the lay out of the room for double room.

This hotel was so pretty, aesthetic and luxuriously clean. Rooms are very spacious and cozy. The hotels location is so convenient, right in the heart of Rotterdam - 10 second walk to shopping outlet, a variety of restaurants, bars & nightclubs. Overall, I had a great stay at the James Hotel in Rotterdam (I was there a few days for an event). It's close to many stores and restaurants, the staff is friendly, and they have a convenient area to buy food and supplies on the 2nd floor.
