The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to change room.

Check in process not good as spent more than 30 minutes to check the booking record even we provided all written booking confirmation. Strong smoking smell along the corridor. Room size was small especially the bathroom and toilet. Waived our parking fee and provide free breakfast retained few positive marks!

一部の利用客でしょうが、女性の大浴場でのゴミが散乱してたり、濡れたまま脱衣所にあがってるのか？足元が濡れていたりで気もちが悪くなりました。他はリーズナブルでよかったと 思います。また利用したいです。

방음최악
사가역과 가깝고 가격저렴합니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편인데 방음이 정말 하나도 안되네요 옆방의 스위치키고끄는소리 대화소리가 너무 적나라하게 들립니다.. 옆방과 구구단 완전 가능. 운이 안좋아서 코골이가 심한 분이 걸려서 3시가 넘도록 잠을 이룰수 없었습니다. 욕실 청소상태는 별로였지만 침구는 뽀송했는데 베개가 넘 낮았어요 푹신하지도 않고
