Good location, yet very small bathroom. Shower has no door and no curtains so it get wet everywhere. Towels very old and worn out, even torn and with holes! Expedia bad rating and no communication with hotel about reservation and payment

Great budget hotel near the central plaza
We had a wonderful visit to San Cristobal due to our stay at Hotel Arcos del Carmen. It is in a very safe area, close to the central plaza and many excellent food venues and a short walk to the 1st class bus station. The price was sensational given the location.

Acceptable budget accommodation.
On approaching the hotel, my first thought was how horrendous it looked. However it was acceptable budget accommodation. Clean bedroom with a hot shower but could hear every other guest enter and leave.

En general bien. Esta muy sucio el estacionamiento, bolsas de basura en el mismo y no hay lugar suficiente para estacionar los autos si el hotel se llena.

Buena opcion para viajes cortos y de presupuesto. Habitacion sencilla cuenta con lo estricamente necesario. Excelente ubicacion, muy cerca del centro y a unos pasos del corredor turistico. Durante mi estancia el restuarant no estaba en servicio. El unico detalle es que todas las habitaciones dan al pasillo principal y se escucha el ruido de las personas que estan en el exterior.

Cercano a el centro historico, no hay transito vehicular ya que es calle cerrada, transportes a todas partes a 2 cuadras. Por el precio de lo que pague, esta bien. Y lavanderia en la esquina.
