Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Located in a somewhat sketchy part of the city, Orange Village Hostel offers surprisingly convenient access to dining and shops within walking distance. This proximity compensates for the neighborhood's character.
Service: Staff friendliness varies greatly. Some are welcoming and helpful, while others appear indifferent.
Accommodation: Rooms are clean but showing their age. The beds are unfortunately uncomfortable, leading to some post-stay back pain.
Noise levels at night can be significant, reminiscent of a bustling GTA game (IYKYK)
Amenities: I skipped breakfast here and opted for a nearby diner, so I can't comment on its quality. I also didn't participate in any of their weekly events.
Overall: If budget is your primary concern, Orange Village Hostel is an option. However, be prepared for a mixed bag of experiences and consider splurging a bit more for a more comfortable stay next time.
