I enjoy my stay and the pool. The hot tub was out of order, which was fine. The only issue I had was I was supported to get a bottle of wine when I checked in and couldn't get it because I needed a confirmation number. I didn't have one because I booked the stay though a 3ed party.

Room was spacious and clean with good amenities. Noise from occupants of room next door and above. Had to ask for bottle of wine. Wasn’t advised had to request room to be serviced. No offer of room upgrade. Closed ensuite door to reduce noise from nearby railway line.
