They charge a $25 destination fee which was annoying BUT you get free bottles of water (at check in but can ask for more at the valet) 2 chips for complimentary drinks at the bar, unlimited coffee and possibly more so 6 in one hand, half a dozen in the other. Great location, walkable to SO MUCH

The only thing that saves this hotel is the staff. The elevator broke putting a guest in a precarious situation. The couch and chair in our room were so stained I wouldn't put my suit cast on them. The noise from the river is tolerable but the smell in our room was not. Housekeeping was trying to cover up a mold and mildew smell i believe. I woke with a headache, severe sore throat that lasted two days. There was some kind of water mitigation machine running in the hall our entire stay.

Very nice hotel in historic district. Great valet service, nice check in service. Quirky, fun lobby area with loads of free water and fruit. Separate bedroom and living room. The king bedroom was very bright and clean with river view. The living room was nice too with comfortable sofa, chairs , little kitchen area. The bathroom was nice but the tub really needed attention . The grout was black with mould… not good. My one complaint ( outside of the mould) was I asked to be away from the
