The hotel is fine, the staff is terrible. I paid through Expedia, got to the hotel and expected to pay a deposit. I used my card, but the man at the front, told me my card declined. Tried jt again and declined again. I used a separate card for my deposit. I checked my bank account, and i was charged 2 random 83.xx charges. The man argued with me saying no, your card declined and said that is what happens when your card declines. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the funds will be reversed the next day, however they were charges and pulled from my account. The next morning, another person I explained what happened, said he would refund both charges, I asked for a receipt and said its through Expedia, which was a lie. Nothing was refunded. How do I know? I called this morning and a different person told me they dont see a refund processed and said the bank charged me. They refuse to refund me the random charges.

We started by coming into an absolutely filthy disgusting room (I have pictures) then got moved to a room next to a couple having LOUD LOUD sex for well over an hour so we asked to move again cause that’s absolutely disgusting and ridiculous, they didn’t offer to call the room and tell them to quiet down they didn’t go knock they didn’t do anything but act like we were the problem for wanting to move. We then got put back onto the original floor we were on where we have been listening to nothing but dogs bark since 2am. The staff is rude the hotel itself is actually disgusting and unkept, the walls and doors are thinner than paper this place is horrible

Just 3 days getaway from work. Hotel was in a perfect location, all team were amazing I loved that there was a coffee shop in the hotel :) I will defiantly come back to the hotel in my next trip :)

It’s convenient for business and my room this time was updated. It stayed extremely warm and couldn’t regulate the temperature. My last visit was the opposite with an older styled room that I couldn’t keep warm enough. Inconsistent.
