Historic appeal. Gorgeous 1920s yet very well maintained property. All of the old charm has been restored. Makes it a fun and more interesting overnight stay. Open seating areas like the olden days in the middle of each floor.

Very cool old building.
This was a really cool old hotel, very clean and the staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the mattress was a little too firm for my liking and the pillows were too full. Other than that the place is so neat, very happy with our stay.

Nice hotel in downtown area
The property is a nice old style hotel and has lots of pubs, restaurants nearby. Despite being close to railway track, rooms were surprisingly quite. They also serve free coffee and muffins. The area around the hotel is filled with homeless people though but at least they have gated parking.

Beautiful old building in a cool area which appears to be experiencing some positive generification. Was informed that walking in the area after dark was not advised for safety reasons, but we felt comfortable travelling a couple of blocks on foot to our restaurant and back in the evening.

Beautiful historic hotel located in the theatre district of Spokane. Walkable to wine tasting and nice restaurants. However the streets didn’t appear too safe and we took a rideshare. Really nice coffee, tea and pastry set up early in the morning. I would stay again when traveling through Spokane.

It was a lovely little place to stay. Beautiful style, such fun antiques around to look at. The staff were nice. Two complaints: Very little ventilation in the bathroom in the room I was in. And they charge $10 (possibly per night, though I don’t know for sure because I only stayed a night) for parking in their gated lot.
