Hello and welcome to historic Kenwood neighborhood of Saint Petersburg. If you decide to walk around this neighborhood you'll see large variety of trees and plants, many houses have uniquie landscaping. The guest house is on the second floor and has its own entrance and is private, separate from the main house .You won't see the owner except in passing and unless you have a question or need something. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics. I have put condiments there for your convenience, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, salt and pepper, cooking oil, things you wouldn't want to buy for a few days of vacation. There is a washer and dryer just off the kitchen for your use. There is a small parking spot in front of the guest house door but will only fit midsize or compact cars, though my Toyota Tundra fits, and it is first come first serve. I park just at the end of the alley on 24th street, it is just 2 houses down from your front door and you can park there if you arrive by car.
