Empty hotel, maybe 5 cars in the parking lot and I assume that includes the staff. At midnight I was woken up to screaming between a man and a woman that lasted around 10 minutes. They were fighting, so loud I almost called 911. Then I heard a third party told them to stop yelling I then her door slamming and then I heard the conversation continuing it was so loud I thought they were right outside of our door until I realized they had been checked into the room next to us. At midnight. An entire empty hotel and your staff chooses to put loud people in the room that has an adjoining door next to a sleeping family who checked in earlier that day. Absolutely unacceptable. Over 200 rooms and they chose to put us side by side I will never stay at this hotel again. I did call the front office to complain they came and told them to be quiet but I continued to hear them for the next hour talking loudly instead of screaming and fighting and I was awake almost all night. After showing up at the front desk absolutely exhausted with no sleep I demanded a refund. I did receive a refund and for that I am thankful but I still will never stay at this hotel again. Management should train the staff to never allow this to happen. Unacceptable.
