The size of our room was amazing, but the extra treat was being able to jump into the pool from our deck. We loved the all inclusive package as it gave us choices with access to three restaurants, each with a different menu, three bars, and three pools. But the best part was being so close to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Hotel in poor condition, not much to do around. Poor cleaning, poor food options, hotel needs maintenance, and needs to train staff, they don’t speak English, hard communication. Not a 5 star hotel!

オールインクルーシブ＆プールアクセス
プールアクセスの部屋（1105）にオールインクルーシブのプランで5泊しました。 基本、リゾート内で朝から晩まで完結できます。 マッサージも、リゾートを出て直ぐに数件あり、お手頃価格でした。 自分たちは、全食事リゾート内でしたが、ビーチに出るとリゾートの両隣にローカルフード食べれますし、正面出た マッサージ屋さんの近くにも数件あります。 カオラックの中心地へは遠いですが、リゾート内でノンビリ過ごすには快適なリゾートです。 スタッフも皆笑顔で気持ち良かったです。

Fabulous Resort
Spotlessly clean, grounds beautifully maintained. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed in family room, which was huge and had 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges and very big comfy beds. The pools are lovely and always plenty of beds and space. We really enjoyed our stay.

My son’s wedding 24/1/24) was beautiful at hotel. Food& drinks were amazing. Only negative was the lift, very slow and crowded due to number of guests that came for a wedding the weekend I was leaving.
