Staff was accommodating, kind, helpful, friendly.. received a welcome bag upon arriving. Rates were reasonable. Location was perfect and close to the FSU campus. Will definitely return to this hotel & will also recommend to all!!

I liked to price, just staying overnight as a worker on a project. The hallway floor is buckled and a trip hazard, they have a sign to warn you but it doesn't work. Also, seems that some people actually live there with dogs, plants, school children so it was noisy.

Decent property needs some work for sure but for what i paid i wasnā€™t expecting a whole lot. Seems like they are slowly remodeling. The furniture in the room was very old and needs to be replaced bthroom was remodeled and pretty good. Overall ok for what i paid.
