We recently enjoyed a delightful 3-day stay at The Westshore Grand in Tampa, Florida, over the Christmas holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the receptionist who checked us in. Their friendly demeanor and efficiency set the tone for a wonderful stay. However, the true highlight of our visit was the exceptional service we received at breakfast each morning. The breakfast itself was fantastic, featuring quality ingredients, a diverse menu, and delicious options like wonderful pancakes, rich coffees, and fresh fruit. But what truly made our mornings special was the outstanding service provided by Janeen, one of the restaurant employees. Janeen is an absolute treasure! Her attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care for her guests are unparalleled. She remembered us straight-away from 1 year ago. Once again, she went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her warm smile and positive attitude were the perfect start to our days. Janeen's dedication to her work and her guests truly shines, and she made our stay at The Westshore Grand unforgettable. Thank you, Janeen, for making us delicious cappuccinos on Christmas morning and making our holiday breakfast experience so memorable every morning of our stay. hotel doesnt have heaters in rooms
Hotel is a nice and clean hotel...be advise that the hotel does not tell you that they dont have any heaters in any room....so if you are going to stay there in the winter time or you are a person who get cold alot then you may want to rethink a stay at this hotel..we had the temp at 80 degress because i think that was the highest it goes and thinking that the room will get warm but came back from eating and the room was still cold..call the front desk to see if someone could come check and see if the heater is working and was told that the room dont have heaters and to just turn the ac off lol....the room did warm up a bit but if you are a person who need heat then this hotel is not for you but it is a good hotel.

Night out did not want to drive home. Room was nice. Enjoyed breakfast buffet too. Great way to wrap up a great date without risking drunk driving.
