The property was very nice. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and accommodating. The only thing that I did not like about the room was that we faced the courtyard and had to leave the curtains closed as everyone could see inside of our room

While a comfortable room & well appointed (fridge, coffee, easy chair & table), the beds are VERY high but very comfortable. Also, if you plan on taking the airport shuttle, DO NOT follow the airport signs for hotel shuttle pick up. The Westshore shuttle picks up from the PUBLIC BUS STOP. And, as of September 2024, the pool is CLOSED for renovations and it's very inconvenient to get the shuttle back & forth to The Alba for some pool time.

The property was updated and very clean. The staff were excellent. Angel and Janina in the hotel restaurant were excellent in customer service and making us feel at home. I would highly recommend this property for additional stays.

The property itself is unique & fun with the interior facing windows. We only stayed one night but had no big problems. Plumbing/toilet in our room could use some maintenance & parking deck elevator was hot/humid/shaky & kinda worrisome but overall the kindness of the staff, cleanliness & great bed made up for those issues. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Stay was great! Only annoying thing in which the hotel has no control over was the person going in and out of their room all night slamming their door.

It was ok, but nit a luxurious hotel by any means. Hotel was very basic and needs some remodeling. Staff was nice though.
