Loved,loved the hotel! Very cute! Went for a concert and extra day to decompress from every day thingys!!! But what i wanted and choicen this hotel was for the pool!! And you guys have it closed for a awhile and didn't post or say anything!! Went to the pool and it was closed!! Looked at the comments and yeap!! That wasn't good!! But the olace us beautiful!! One more thing the rooms view is weiered!! You cant open curtains cause there are offices across!!! You can see them work and they can see you ....!! That was weird!!

I chose this hotel for location and also the pool to relaxation, Looked great on the pictures. But I couldn’t even see it in person, it was closed for maintenance.. in a Sunday? Very disappointing. So, I decided to relax at the room and guess what. No tv working !! Well, I’d like to come back and hopefully I get some credit or discount for the inconveniences.

Plumbing was an issue,water backed up in the shower and toilet wasnt flusing right, vacuuming woke us up early and restaurant wasn't open to for dinner time. No complimentary breakfast.

This is a decent business hotel. I used it for the walking distance to the mall since I had my family with me. I would stay again.

Nice for a basic hotel. They could use to put in a little elbow grease cleaning the place. Mold growing above the air vent and they need to put a little of the profits back into fixing minor issues with the room. Bathroom could use grouting and fix the water pressure issue. Pool is tiny and a little rundown. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The property seemed to be clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. We did see one roach in the bathroom during our stay. Additionally, the airport shuttle took a very long time to arrive and did not come as often as we were told. Other than that, it was great for the price.

This hotel was a great place for us to stay close to the airport since our flights kept changing with the hurricane. Only thing I’d suggest is updating the rooms and the bathrooms. Otherwise very nice!

This is our third time and it did not disappoint ! loved the shuttle to the airport. Our only remark would be wish they had some shade up at the pool area.

Grand Hall and reception are beautifully laid out and staff is welcoming and professional. The restaurant service was exceptional and the dinner and drinks were well prepared. The room was tired and a letdown after the main reception area, the products in the bathroom were of the plastic pump bottle variety and less than half filled while a bottle of moisturizer was empty. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

Stayed here before. Convenient location. They have complimentary parking in a garage, which we appreciate. The only issue was a leak in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom which cause the carpet to be wet. Will come back.
