The front desk staff were extremely kind and welcoming upon check in. The restaurant in the hotel took far too long to get service, but they did give us some food to snack on. It was a very noisy hotel, the guests coming through were obnoxious and when I called down to ask someone to come up to have a word. They didnā€™t, I had two small children and if we didnā€™t have a sound machine it would have been a disaster. It was almost like we didnā€™t have a door, so loud.

Conveniently located off a major parkway. Great staff. Super clean. Have stayed at this lication three times and the staff is so great. The small bar/restaurant is convenient for a quick bite to eat. Will stay here again

I unfortunately cannot rate anything because I was displaced by a wildfire. Iā€™m sure the property is very nice, but not giving even a partial refund is not customer friendly at all. I understand that the policy is no refunds for any reason, but sticking to policy in the wake of a natural disaster is terrible. I hope to warn people that no matter what terrible thing happens to them, if it happens after the cutoff date they lose their money.

Check-in was nice. Weird elevator arrangement. Gym was just ok but enough. When I called to confirm ESPN would be available I was told yes - but all Disney owned channels were not available - that was as bothersome as the limited overall channels and just poor TV service. Whatā€™s the point of having a new large screen with sub modern offerings and resolutionā€¦ The pool existed but was just old and lacking anything inviting.
