Not happy with my room assignment. I was on the first floor facing trees and very little view of the ocean. In addition, the room had a connecting door through which I could hear the maid next door doing her cleaning. The door between the rooms needs to be more soundproofed. I left one day early. Also it took 2 visits from the maintenance staff to show me how to use the TV remote which had no numbers on it and worked very strangely. The door lock inside the room did not line up with the hole in the door jam. There were renovations going on and the workers got to park their cars nearer the front door than the guests. I would not stay there again.

Beautiful resort, no care for privacy.
The resort was beautiful and we had a fantastic time and I was very excited to go back until I realized that the gift card that has been left to my room had been done so through a complete breach of my privacy. My partners relative had contacted the resort to leave a gift certificate on our room - except the room was only in my name and he didn’t have that information. Whoever he spoke to at the hotel provided him with my full name! While his gesture was sweet and well intended, he doesn’t know me (we’ve never met) and you as a hotel don’t know me or the situation. This man could have been anyone. I don’t appreciate at all knowing that someone could call a hotel and get my personal details - to say I feel violated is an understatement. This trip was our first time away together and I had done extensive research on the area to make it extra special before settling on your resort, so the disappointment is astronomical to say the least.

Truly a surprise at how wonderful this place really was. A perfect romantic getaway or just somewhere to relax in nature. The room was spacious, clean and smelt wonderful! The staff were also very kind. Would love to come back. Only suggestion for staff is to have more takeout food or snacks available in the tuck shop for guests, there were limited options.

This is a beautiful property to have a restful and enjoyable time away. The room and surrounding property were fabulous. It has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, lounge, great restaurant and spa. Highly recommend.

Fantastic view. Excellent room, comfortable bed, mini kitchen, fireplace corner with couch & TV. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower fantastic. Walk to beach and hiking trail. A car is needed for anything off the property. Parking is available but can be a long walk in the rain.

This property was absolutely breathtaking thanks to the views of the ocean and it was a perfect destination for storm watching. The staff were extremely friendly too and the food at the restaurants were delicious. We arrived a little early too and they accommodated an early check in which was great.
