The location is good, but the rooms need to be upgraded. A terrible smell comes out of the bathroom at times. There is barely no customer service almost everything is self service. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

This property has a great location, which is very close to the Shinjuku market, and also close to the the Shinjuku market. It had good eating places near by. The hotel is very self sufficient, it had everything one would need, and very neat and clean. The hotel has all modern amenities. We had a very good experience at this property.

Excellent location for exploring Tokyo
We enjoyed our stay at Sunroute mostly for the convenience of it so close to Shinjuku JR line and the subway entrance right next door, and the limousine bus picks up from right outside back to airport. The hotel room is a typical room size for Tokyo but the bed was very comfortable and offered all essential amenities. Everything was very efficient from check in to luggage services to laundry. Only stayed 2 nights, would definitely stay again!

Generous size twin room by Japan standard. Location was stand out as a mere 10 min walk to closest station, numerous options to dine out. Breakfast was good and efficient, you can always get a table and the staff works super hard and always kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it. Thank you!
