Hotel is located behind the main Shinjuku Washington Hotel which is accessed by a side walkway. Hotel is old and not close to Shinjuku Station (approx. 10-15 min walk). Very noisy rooms, we can hear people upstairs walking.

The location was super convenient and close to all but relaxing and quiet, especially when you spend the day walking around all the shops and the tourist attractions. The bathroom has a huge step from the room level approximately 25cm high. Which is very challenging getting in and out. Would be dangerous to elderly people. Generally the room is acceptable but a little bit pricey for such a small room.

Location is close to the station. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are abit small but we managed to put our 4 luggages. The only downside , we stayed for 4 night they never change nor fix the bed. I thought , if you stayed for more 3 nights they will change the linen and fix the bed. Anways, all good. It’s location is very convenient.

Hardest hotel to find
It was not the best place to stay. For starters, it was the hardest place to find, it wouldn’t come up on google maps and then when you did find it, it was all the way in the back. The rooms were like a size of a closet. The bathroom was like using one in a RV. There was no space to put your suitcase and they don’t clean your room at all for the entire stay, except to change your towels.
