Clean and quiet hotel with helpful staff. Kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Easy check in and check out with no problems at all. Close to Oedo subway line station which connects to Shinjuku Station in just a couple minutes ride, also close to Chuo Koen Park. If you'd rather walk you can get to Shinjuku Station in about 15 minutes. Would stay here again.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it is my go to hotel when in Japan. It is clean, has everything (and more) that you need and the staff are incredibly helpful. It is in a great location and is walkable to most places. Would definitely recommend.

No refunds. But location great.
First all, I needed to shorten my dates for my accommodations. But was. It able to get a refund through hotels.com nor the actual hotel. I explained my situation but they did not issue a refund even though I purchased insurance (scam) lesson learned. But the hotel was in a great location and rooms are smaller than ones in the US for the price. Location was great, near a train station and kombinis.

Clean, well-equipped room (love the included washing machine!). Relatively away from the busy Shinjuku main area so nice and quiet. Plenty of kombini and restaurants downstairs too. Just be mindful you need to walk or catch a bus/train to get to the main shopping district. Otherwise I'm happy with my stay.

Such a pleasant stay in a quieter area of Shinjuku. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when I had questions. The hotel was clean, and accommodations were a good size for the area.
