Incredible experience. Beautiful location right on the river with vineyards in the distance. The hotel is gorgeous, each room is huge with lots of space, multiple sitting areas. Our room had a spiral staircase with the bedroom upstairs, TWO bathrooms, and a huge walk in closet. The beds are super comfortable, and everything is spotless. And the customer service is excellent. Very professional and friendly.

Tranquil hotel grounds directly on Mosel.
This 4 star hotel is a beautiful compound directly on the Mosel River. We had a Villa with a private terrace attached that provided us lounge chairs to lay back with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the boats going by. The rooms in the Villa are renovated and modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious (even included champagne!). Located conveniently next to the bridge going to the other half of Traben-Trarbach.

Perfect hotel - perfect location.
This stay was absolute one of the best in a long time. It was really a perfect hotel for us to stay on our way home from Paris. Mosel is a "view to a kill" - definitely a place to return to.

The hotel staff member who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. He spoke English very well. He showed us our rooms, the dining options and the grounds as soon as we checked in. We had an early flight the next morning and he was able to get us set to leave early as well. Very nice hotel. Location was great for walking to restaurants.

Quiet but idyllic
Although we only stayed one night we would definitely return to this hotel which has a fabulous location right on the river. Traben Trarbach was very quiet at this time of the year but we would love to visit again in the summmer.

The hotel is located by the river in a very quiet area (maybe a bit too quiet since most restaurants are located on the other side of the river). The breakfast buffet and the rooms are great! Will go back in my next trip to the Moselle valley!

Beautiful Hotel
We stayed in the Jr. Suite, & it was magnificent! We had a beautiful view of the Mosel river from both floors of our suite. The staff was very friendly, helpful & spoke English (which helped since we are American!). The hotel is perfectly located near the bridge and is within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The breakfast buffet was included with our room and was so varied that there is something for everyone. Would love to stay here again!

View of the Mosel is delightfully quiet -- enough to calm nerves after the drive & finding the hotel. The room also had a great view of the remnants of a castle on the hills across the Mosel. The food was excellent; I was pleasantly surprised by a very good red Mosel wine [the area is famous for its whites].

Simply stunning. Best hotel we've ever booked! We stayed in a split level Junior Suite (number 26), which had stunning views of the Mosel over the beautiful lawns of the hotel. Booked via hotels.com and using one of hotels.com's promo vouchers, total price £109 for one night. Sensational breakfast included, comprising everything you could imagine from cereal to champagne, fruit, cake, cheese, eggs, salmon... The grounds of this hotel are exquisite, as is the local area starting from the doorstep. Wonderful staff, wonderful hotel, you absolutely will not regret staying here!

Beautiful town and nice hotel
This is such a beautiful area of Germany that my wife and I can not imagine missing it. The hotel is centrally located and very comfortable. The rooms are very large by European standards, with the bedroom, at least in our room, located in a loft area above the living area. The only drawback to that design, however, was that when it gets hot, as it was the few days we were in Traben-Trarbach, the loft does not allow for any real air circulation. That would not keep us from staying here again.

A stunning hotel in a stunning location. The most disappointing thing about our stay was that it was too short. Otherwise every aspect was sublime from the room, to the cuisine, to the service. Another happy visitor!

Great location on the river Suites were great, very clean, huge tub and separate walk in shower. Very nice balcony but looks like it needs some work to finish the paneling. Very good breakfast but it was a little busy and we had to asked for coffee both mornings. Nice outdoor restaurant and patio. There is also another bar/snack area right next to the river, we had a drink there but the service was very slow. Most of the guests appeared to 50 .
