The jet tub was amazing!! Pillows are soft. Breakfast was good. Theres also Tim Hortons right next door. I would have liked maybe a list of what to recycle in the room. Or maybe i didnt see it.

Wouldn't stay at again.

I'm a wheelchair user. The staff was super helpful and friendly. If I could rate on staff alone, it would be a 5/5. However. The room was right off the lobby, so it was LOUD all night. Clatters, thumps, people talking. I didn't get much sleep. The door to the room was very heavy, if my brother hadn't been dropping me and a kindly staff member's help, I would have had a lot of trouble getting the door open. I'm sure this is a security issue and they can't make the door lighter and automatic would cost an arm and a leg to install. The coffee caddy had had something spilled on it and that hadn't been cleaned, so the packets were sticky and gross. On the plus side, it's right beside a Tim Hortons.

Great stay

Overall it was great. The room was spacious and useful with the microwave and fridge. I am personally a dog person and was not bothered too much, but I found so many dog hairs on the carpet even when I checked in and after the cleaning service was provided. It would be great if the cleanness is further improved.
