The staff were very friendly. Rooms are very large and spacious. Beds comfortable with lots of pillows. Room was dark and quiet over night. Bathroom had lots of counter space. Water pressure was excellent and Dove products in bathroom. The location of the hotel is EXCELLENT. So many things (shopping, restaurants) within a short distance. Save on Foods next door (safe area to walk around alone). Breakfast was typical eggs, sausage, hash-browns, yogurt, muffins, cereal etc We enjoyed our stay and would come back to this location again.

fI reserved a room since the night I recieved vancouver, when was 8th Dec. as I recieved about 10 pm and reserved for 5 nights, usually the apps ask about the date of arrival and date of chequing out, and they authomatically make reservation from the date that guest is attending a complete day and night, till chequing out date. so my reservation was since 9th till 13th of Dec. but I arrived 10 pm of 8th of Dec. the application employee, told me that I must stay till 3pm of the day after, that is cheque in time. I asked him for an early chreq in, and ofcourse pay for that early hours, But he didn't accept and told all rooms are full!! I adked him to let me stay in the rest and TV room (that was included hotel) untill morning, so at the morning I can go to the star box branch which was infront of hotel, so I can spend my time there, by working on my project with my labtop there, till my room become ready at 3pm, But he told me no, he can't let me do that even! I asked him to let me leave my bagage in hotel, so I can go for a walk and become calm; maybe after that I find some way to solve my problem, (maybe make a better decision, like going to my friend place, or etc. untill tomorrow) but he told me, no! the hotel can't take my bagage too! After that all, he said there is another hotel, if I accept, he calls them and taxi, to take me there and bring me back tomorrow!!!
