I had a fantastic experience but for one thing. I left some jewelry behind and when I called the front desk, I expected that they would make arrangements to find it and return it to me. Instead, they directed me towards housekeeping. I found that to be unacceptable I expect concierge service even after I have left the building.

Location is great. South facing meant beautiful sun came through the windows (that needed cleaning) of our two bedroom suite. Unit needs updating, kitchen cabinets were old & worn. Furniture in living area very uncomfortable as were dining room chairs. Table & chairs are way too big & bulky for the space. Light fixture over the dining table not on a dimmer so cafeteria like. We would return but would request a different suite.

Loved the suite layout, huge pool and landscaping and ponds were lovely. Very clean, except thr area rug and sofa needed a deep clean. Great service by room staff as checked in twice during our stay and were lovely. Locked parking also great and was included in our package.

We absolutely loved our stay! We travelled with a baby and toddler and the 2 bedroom suite was amazing for us! The apartment was very large with 2 balconies; one of which is massive with a 4 person table. 3 tvs & fireplaces, fans in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything seemed brand new. Excellent, brand new washer as well! The staff are very friendly and accomodating, beautiful lobby and excellent amenities (pool, spa, gym). We did not eat at the cafe but this location is close to everything and very walkable! This will be our choice to stay every time we return to Victoria!

This was my first time staying at Parkside and you can bet ill be back! The front end staff, specifically Yaspreet, was incredibly attentive, professional, helpful and so kind. You can really tell she wanted to make the experience the best it can be. Beautiful koi fish pond, bikes available to borrow for the day, the room was wonderful, and it was all so close to the harbor without being too busy on the street. Ive already come home and recommended it to my friends and family! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Get you a hotel that can do both!
The hotel was really lovely. Very family friendly with lots of in hotel activities for the kids, including marshmallows on the roof and a rentable movie theater. You can get premium, take and bake pizzas for your room. The beds were better than I typically find in most hotels. Our sweet had a really excellent tub and a lovely outdoor balcony. The roof garden is also very relaxing. I think this place would be perfect for a romantic getaway just as much as the family vacation with kids.

On the whole it was a great experience. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and the location was walking distance for everything we wanted to do. We did get followed by one homeless person who looked like he might try to take advantage. That was more than likely my fault for looking too much like a tourist. Anyhow, nothing came of it, it just lest a sour tinge to the evening.

Staff was lovely. Room was better than expected. The soap, shampoo and conditioner was AMAZING. The hotel smells lovely. I was very impressed and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Victoria.
