I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and was disappointed in my last stay. We were given the wrong room initially. Then moved to our requested room, and the bathroom was so small and unusable (not what was pictured). Then our shower didn’t work. Our toilet barely flushed and I had to call two days in a row to get our room cleaned as we retuned at 5:30pm to get ready for dinner and had no clean towels or a clean room. When I called to tell the staff at the hotel about our issues, my only response was we will send someone to fix the shower- it was highly disappointing.

This hotel is in the center of the nice tourist area of downtown. It's a fancy hotel with lots of museums and dining options within a 2 block radius. It was comfortable and convenient. Very worthwhile

Excellent hotel as you expect from Fairmont. Toilet/ shower room was a bit cramped for a 1 king suite and a small fridge to keep water , food cold other than the automated fully stocked private bar would have been appropriate. Lived the Hotel and its location though

Excellent property with high score for walk ability. Close to everything. Super friendly staff at front desk. Notch8 lovely restaurant and the rooms were superior with everything you could possibly need to ensure your stay was complete. Will definitely stay there again next time we are visiting Vancouver.

The Fairmont Hotel downtown Vancouver benefits from an excellent location, making it easy to walk to many of Vancouver's most interesting attractions. The Fairmont's staff are ALL most eager to please the guests - and they succeed, at least given my enjoyable experience. The hotel is extremely clean and quiet. I'd be delighted to return for another stay should I again visit Vancouver.
