Aside from the property itself, an iconic landmark in the center of Vancouver, everyone in the Gold Floor lounge was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

Loved this hotel. Staff were all amazing and kind. Not many options for television channels. There is an option to use your Netflix, but that never worked. Close walking distance to everything and anything.

The hotel was in a great location. The property needs remodeling. The rooms were old and dated. The carpets were musky, and the bathroom had dents and chips in the tub.
