Property location was amazing. Pool and hot tub were the worst I’ve ever seen though. Guests have actually scratched their names in the scum on the tile in the pool at water level. It was pretty gross.

for the price it was average, was like any other hotel room in Ontario. We were expecting fabulous as it is the Pan Pacific. Even the front desk staff were just okay. For this price and name, it should be exceptional in every way and it was average at best. A disappointment to be honest.

The hotel was great, except I both of the rooms were supposed to be the same and they were not. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

This property is very dated and in need of renovation. Bathrooms are old, pool area is disgusting but the view is great. The room was fine if you need convenient location to cruise port but don’t expect anything other than a clean room.

I loved that we started our cruise ship boarding in the same building as Pan Pacific. All we had to do was go to street level. The hotel was very helpful getting our luggage on-board our ship and helping those of our party who needed wheelchairs. When our cruise returned, we had trouble getting wheelchair and luggage assistance getting off the ship and back to where we could contact hotel staff. The transition back to the hotel needs improvement, but that seems to be the cruise ship responsibility. Access to shops, coffee, and food court was via under street escalator and walkway; never had to go on the street. Restaurants are available in the hotel as well as walking distance. Tours can be booked on the ground floor and pickup is right out the door of the hotel. Wonderful experience!

Amazing room and view, thanks to our free upgrade. Great pool. Very convenient to cruise ship location. Loved our little mini vacation before our cruise. Highly recommend
