Hotel was very nice, could use some updates on the outside. Bathroom lighting is not bright enough and our power went out in our room when we plugged in the iron. All in all a great location to walk ago Stanley Park and the marina!

Great Proximity. Update interior. Pricey - but the location is key! Safe! Great Activities for Kids - wished we had more time to experience all the hotel had to offer! Enjoyed our time!

This hotel has the best location. It's located on the waterfront next to Stanley Park. Cardero's & Lift are footsteps away & are both very good restaurants. The food/service at the H2 Lounge in the hotel was also outstanding. The rooms were clean & the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone & I'm hoping to return myself.

Very clean but would not credit last day even though leaving to avoid travel on greater than 200 man of rain in Montreal-forced to pay last night even though called before 3 pm day before to cancrl

Great hotel in a fantastic location, right on the harbour and a 5 minute walk along the water into Stanley Park. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance. Facilities are excellent, with both indoor and outdoor pools (very popular with our daughter). There are bee hives just outside which provide the honey for the breakfast buffet. There’s also free bike hire, which we didn’t do as we needed a kids bike, but seemed popular. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was a good size and comfortable. Would stay again if in Vancouver.

This was a great location- walking distance or biking into Stanley Park! Gorgeous water views, restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful room and lovely breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

First time visit to Vancouver and we picked this hotel for a holiday feel - with the pool, near the waterfront and by Stanley park. The pros.. Hotel was excellent - staff very helpful. We loved the room view and had comfy beds (had king bed with rollaway bed for our daughter). Pool area was lovely with clean towels. Free bike hire was a nice touch The cons… We arrived Sunday and had to wait for our room to be ready (though we did have a drinks voucher whilst we waited, we didn’t know it would be two hours) The h2 kitchen and bar had lovely food, but is closed Monday/ Tuesday which means limited options for dining (only the h2 bar). Once we checked out, we were no longer able to access the pool, which was a blow for our daughter. The cons are why it’s a 9/10 rather than 10/10 but we would still be very happy to return - just avoiding mon/tues!
