Excellent service, feels like they are one family. Beautiful location and Bachus restaurant is amazing. We were there in November and the Christmas lights were on, it was magical. They offered us a warm apple cider upon arrival - nice touch. The only downside is parking (valet only and quite pricey, but that’s the same everywhere in Vancouver downtown). We will definitely stay here again.

I liked just about everything at this hotel. The location was great, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was lovely, clean and cozy. The staff was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by everyone and they really made us feel at home, so thank you to Melvin, Kirby, Ryan, and Leonna, just to name a few of the friendly faces we saw frequently. Especially appreciated the chef concierge, who not only gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, but also great tips on how to plan our day. Thank you again Melvin! We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again!
