I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kos a hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary bottled water and the luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was fantastic! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. Overall, my experience at Kos Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made it a stay to remember. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. I can’t wait to return on my next visit!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The price-quality ratio is excellent, offering great value. However, I was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the facilities. It was quite evident that the property hasn’t received the necessary upkeep, and the wear and tear over time was noticeable. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the outstanding service.

We were looking for a 'classic' boutique style hotel experience, not a brand name or contemporary hotel to visit family in the area. We found it here. Stayed 5 nights with for a family of three. From the exceptionally friendly check-in to the included morning breakfast and the central location in San Isidro. We will definitely choose Hotel del Casco again for our next trip to BA.
