Lovely upmarket hotel, good value too.
Excellent stay, with my wife and friends. Great convenient location, lovely rooms. Loved breakfast choices too. Lovely staff. We Stayed before, and will be back again when next visiting York.

Lovely hotel and we enjoyed our brief stay. We did report a light in our room which wasn’t working and it was never attended to. Also reported pillows were not comfortable. Bar service was not the best. Items not stocked and had to ask repeatedly for things. We would stay in this hotel again and just minor things about the service.

A Reasonable hotel in York
The hotel is well located for both the railway station and town centre.The reception staff was not clear about the eco clean benefits against money off drinks.I had to remind staff about the daily discount as we had chosen eco clean. Breakfasts were very good and evening dinner and choice were quite good. The classic bedroom was good but the bathroom/ shower facility was not fit for purpose. Following a shower the water scattered and the floor was always wet. The staff were friendly and polite.
