A night away.
An Amazing hotel. Loved our room extremely comfortable and quiet. The roll top bath was so relaxing and the room had stairs to the bath and shower so unique. Decor was beautiful and our room was very clean (just someone’s sock under the bed. The bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will be definitely back !!

As they say " you get what you pay for ". Absolutely that is true in this case, stunning 4* hotel . Everything is just perfect in this hotel. Totally faultless in every aspect . Perfect location for a nice walk to the city surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. If you want a luxurious stay after walking around york this is the hotel for you.

My wife and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to York yet far enough away to not suffer from the rowdiness. Our room was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly it really felt like a home away from home.

Lovely deluxe room although it didn’t have a mini bar or fridge. The hotel itself is also nice but the service was very average and the staff were happy chatting amongst themselves rather than serving customers. The restaurant also ran out of some of the options, including steak on a Bank Holiday Saturday evening at 7.30!! Not good.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were exceptional...couldn't do enough for you ...friendly always smiling and made our stay so much pleasurable. They are a credit to the hotel Room we stayed in was The Crystal suite and it was beautifully decorated, well equipped , absolutely spotless. Bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom exceptional.
