The reception staff were great when we arrived,keeping our luggage until our room was ready allowing us to go and enjoy the Christmas market. We returned around 6pm to collect our room key and luggage

Wanted a credit card to charge for damage after we left, yet doesn't check the room with you before you go. Average room with silverfish in the bathroom :-(. Poor value for money without the pest infestation that no refund was offered for.
