This property is not 5 star. No o staff members speak english! Property is very run down , cigarette stench is everywhere.. same 5 items for breakfast everyday.. false advertisement, nothing like the pictures… only nice thing is the onsite spa.

Do not even think about booking!!
Looked good online and reviews seemed fine. Having booked two rooms, we arrived and the concierge at check in was dull and lifeless. Went to our rooms and room one door was broken and looked like it had been kicked in, no AC, rooming boiling hot, smelt of smoke, cigarette burns on furniture, poor fitted wardrobes, no coat hangers list goes on. Other room was just as bad but with the bonus of AC. Towels and bedding worn out and needs replacing. No extractors in bathrooms etc. Breakfast was cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, boiled eggs and olives. Few pieces of bread and spreads. If you have any standards I would avoid. Good reviews must be from visitors from 3rd world countries.

Located far from center, the rooms were not clean and full of dust. I rented a 3 bedroom suite that have only 1 air conditioning. I don’t recommend it for families at all

Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.
Öncelikle otele girişimizde hiçbir brif almadık. Kahvaltı saati vs bilgi verilmedi. Aslında bir spa olduğu yazılı ama o konuda da sıfır bilgi. Kullanacaktık, bu sebeple kullanmadık. Otele gelen misafire genel brif verilmeli. Temizlik sıfır. Banyoda sabunluğun üstü toz tabakası. Yerler keza aynı şekilde kıl doluydu. İçerideki koltuğun üstünde kırıntılar vardı. Odada banyonun içinde küpe bulduk kim bilir ne zamandan. Dışarı çıkarken resepsiyondaki görevliye kirli de dedik aslında hemen tekrar temizlik yönlendiriyorum dedi, odaya geldik aynı. Kapıların arkası tuvalet köşeleri genel her yer aşırı kirliydi. Kahvaltı zaten ayrı rezillik. Kuru ekmek, patates kızartması, 2 çeşit peynir domates salatalık. Bitti bu kadardı:) asla ama asla tavsiye etmem asla
