This property is not 5 star. No o staff members speak english! Property is very run down , cigarette stench is everywhere.. same 5 items for breakfast everyday.. false advertisement, nothing like the pictures… only nice thing is the onsite spa.

Do not even think about booking!!
Looked good online and reviews seemed fine. Having booked two rooms, we arrived and the concierge at check in was dull and lifeless. Went to our rooms and room one door was broken and looked like it had been kicked in, no AC, rooming boiling hot, smelt of smoke, cigarette burns on furniture, poor fitted wardrobes, no coat hangers list goes on. Other room was just as bad but with the bonus of AC. Towels and bedding worn out and needs replacing. No extractors in bathrooms etc. Breakfast was cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, boiled eggs and olives. Few pieces of bread and spreads. If you have any standards I would avoid. Good reviews must be from visitors from 3rd world countries.

Located far from center, the rooms were not clean and full of dust. I rented a 3 bedroom suite that have only 1 air conditioning. I don’t recommend it for families at all

Bu otelde 2. Konaklayışım fakat güzel ve kötü olan odaları olduğunu fark ettim. Önceki konaklamamda verilen oda güzeldi temizdi. Bu seferimde neredeyse hiç memnun kalmadım. Temizliği kötüye yakındı. Oda içinde bulunan demirbaşlarda arıza ve sorunlar vardı.

Daha önce de konakladığımız otel, zaman içinde yıpranmış. Temizlik konusunda ise, kesinlikle dikkate alınmalı haline dönüşmüş görünüyor. Günlük olarak yapılan toz alma ve genel bakım ile kurtaracak kadar yapmak gibi bir bakış hakim. Hiç fikri olmayan için, Detayda boğulmayana iyi bir otel. Kullanışlı ve rahat koltukları, daha az rahat yatağı ile sorun olmadan dinlenirsiniz.

Arkadaşımızın düğünü için eşim ve başka bir çift arkadaşımızla otele gittik normal bir oda ve banyo bekliyordum fakat 1+1 ev gibiydi mutfağı salonu odaları her şeyi gayet güzel ve temizdi tek sorun oda temizlensin mi diye sormuşlardı ertesi gün ayrılacaktık otelden temizlik istedik fakat hiç gelen olmadı onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü 8 10 arası açık büfe kahvaltı vardı o da güzeldi otelin konumu gayet güzel konumuna göre fiyattı da oldukça civar otellere göre gayet iyiydi bir daha gelmiş olsam kesinlikle aynı yerde düşünmeden kalırım
