Anzac South Loft Apartment (4 Bedrooms)

This apartment was a labour of love and was recently converted from a rundown commercial space to a luxury four bedroom apartment.  We designed this space with our guests in mind, beautiful exposed brick, high stud ceilings, hand crafted cedar woodwork, spectacular lighting design, air conditioning, and art work from some of our favourite local artists.

Bedroom One with Private Bathroom
With a super comfy pocket sprung king bed made up with quality and professionally laundered linens, you can be guaranteed to be well rested and ready for whatever the next day brings.  This bedroom also has your own private bathroom complete with heated floors and a rain shower.

Bedrooms Two and Three
Each room has a pocket sprung queen bed, luxury linen and are wonderful and quiet to ensure you have a great night's sleep.

Bedroom Four
Located in the upstairs mezzanine level, this is a wonderful hideaway complete with Japanese style bed and luxury linen.

Kitchen
The large kitchen with top of the range appliances is fully equipped with everything that you need so that you can whip up breakfast or enjoy a gourmet meal at home.  There is even a wine fridge plus of course coffee, tea, sugar, milk, cooking basics and we always leave you some tasty snacks to enjoy.

Lounge Dining
Sit back and soak up the beautiful hand crafted cedar work or stunning lighting feature from this truly beautiful space.  Open the large high stud bi-fold doors out onto your own balcony and dine inside or out.  There is also a large LED Smart TV with Netflix, free unlimited Wifi, board games and toys for the kids to enjoy during your stay here

Bathroom & Laundry
This is a bathroom that you will really enjoy.  With heated floors, a bath tub and a rain shower, your bathing experience here might just be the highlight of your stay.  The laundry contains a brand new washer and dryer.

Balcony / Outdoor space
The balcony is an extension of the indoor living area and is the perfect space to enjoy a drink or meal on the German beer table all the way from Munich. NOTE: This space is NON-SMOKING/ NON-VAPING.

The apartment feels like a luxury hotel. Beautiful design and elegance in every room. Such a pleasure to spend time at this location. The family almost didn’t go sightseeing around Auckland because they wanted to stay here.

Wonderful location in the CBD
You could not ask for a better location on the edge of the CBD. Within walking distance of many, if not most, of the typical tourist sites in Auckland. Ground floor location with easy access to included parking (1.8M height limit) although vehicles are not needed due to prime location and easy availability of Uber. Met all of my, and my adult families, expectations. A real gem.

Great team getaway
We had 6-7 of our team members joining us over 3 days for a conference in Auckland. Having this space as opposed to hotel rooms was perfect for us. Nice big communal areas and shared patio made for our ideal accomodation package, and just a five minute walk from our conference on the Viaduct. Thanks very much.

Best group accomodation I've stayed at in Auckland
What more needs to be said than the above really. However I will anyway because it was such a great experience. The photos don't do the accommodation justice and is even better in person. Communication was awesome the entire way through. Cleaners even messaged to say it was ready sooner for check in. The little extras like beers and fizzy were a nice touch. So from the Incredibly detailed instructions, cleanliness, the amazing accomodation amazing, location and Paul and Emilys amazing hospitality i cant recommend them enough. Will definitely stay again. We were extremely happy with our apartment the location and the whole experience The apartment is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a family travelling together 5 adults and 2 children. At the center of things
This loft is perfectly located in the central business district within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the waterfront. It is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Space is used very efficiently. The managers left snacks and useful information including excellent restaurant recommendations.
