Property was close to where we needed to be. Nice place just needed some TLC - bathroom taps loose, toilet roll holder fell off. Had to get supplies from desk staff as housekeeping was not done. They have access to a great parking building next door but not widely advertised when making booking. Would stay again

I was unable to access the free wifi and informed 4 different desk clerks with little assistance to rectify the issue in my room. My room was not serviced once for a three day stay. Desk clerks polite but not helping. But was able to get a late checkout.

We booked and paid for a 1 bedroom apartment with ensuite and private balcony. Instead they put us in a disgusting room, broken blind in main bedroom, very small, bed creaked noisy air con, dirty furniture, second bedroom had 2 beds side by side. Dark, musty. Lounge furniture dirty. Very noisy. Dont stay here. No apology from hotel re their dishonesty. Disgusting behavior.

I loved my stay at Nesuto :) Just a few things I wanted to touch on was: The bed was uncomfortable. There were no roller beds available for our 3rd person so they slept on the tiny couch. There wasn’t enough shower gel and hand wash and toilet paper for 3 people. The hotel was nice on convenient for us.

A very convenient, good quality place to stay. Felt the breakfast could have had bit more variety and cater for coeliacs a little better considering the price. There were no GF cereals for example but they did have GF bread. No gripes other than that!

This was a great property, but it just caught me off guard that you had to specifically emphasize when booking that you wanted breakfast. I’m used to it being automatic when you book the room. Other than that, everything was great!

We had the junior suite with two single beds and A queen, seperate rooms . Nice living space and Good kitchen , Washing machine and dryer. Nicely situated for our rental car return . Room included breakfast which was well worth the little extra we paid ,great choice of food
