Maintenance, thought & finishing touches required
Finding the room was rather confusing a number was on the key fob so we were looking for the room with that number but couldn't find it so we checked at hotel reception and they said tge confusion hapoens all the time. The company that rents out the apartment had multiple units and this number was for their use only. The light switch for the bathroom was broken and about to fall off - pretty dangerous. The ice box in the fridge was sp thick of ice and it prevented the door from closing so i had to chip the ice off with a knife. Half a toilet roll was provided and enough shower gel for one use - hardly sufficient for a 4 night stay. The apartment itself was wuite nice but a little dark. Despite being next to a busy road it was quite quiet. There was a vacuum cleaner full of dust and grime and it didn't smell too good and being stored in the wardrobe made the wardrobe unusable.

Brilliant stay
Really nice hotel - the room was huge, much bigger than I thought it would be. It was like a mini apartment. Everything was clean and as I would expect it. Plus a hotel with a rooftop pool is always fun. Definitely recommend!

Nice room but no close parking
Nice room, no close parking. Parking ended up costing $80. Trying to get into the room was just about mission impossible from key safes to locked boxes, not easy and defiantly not a quick process.

“Beware” You Are On Your Own
After booking we discovered the room was privately owned, leaving us on our own. The hotel and area were great but the hotel staff were unable to assist us, especially when we could not get our wifi working. Since we were staying the weekend the management office was close and could not speak with anyone to get our wifi working. (Thank good we never lost the key). After a 16 hour flight then arriving at the hotel around 11:00pm :we had to drag our luggage a few long blocks to retrieve the key located in a locker at the local laundrymate,

Great location and facilities
Great position, easy walking to everything. Part of a hotel although privately owned. The hotel staff were still helpful. Comfortable bed and lounge area. Would definately recommend to friends

Comfortable room, but no soap or other toiletries, not even enough toilet paper. Tiny towels. No heating. You're staying in a hotel, but it's a private let, so you have to get the single key from somewhere else. Better to book with the hotel directly..
