Situated on the 9th hole this luxurious home has all you need for a golf lovers getaway. The 4 bedroom 2 bathroom town house is sure to fulfil all your needs with it being so close to town and directly opposite Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club House which is open for lunch and dinner.

Walking in through the front door, you are greeted by a calm and soothing sitting room along with an office space should you require it during your stay. The kitchen is ultra modern with top of the range built in appliances ready for you to cook up a storm! The living area is stylish but super comfortable for you to relax after a hard days golfing. Perhaps you may want to carry on with the golf theme and sit out the back with a glass of wine and watch the locals on their round.

The garage is not accessible to guests and is locked for owner access only.

Great Stay
The house was really great, it had all the comfort and ammedities that we needed. Such a relaxing view of the golf course which made for some amazing mornings and also some wildlife sights that my kids loved. The only thing that I would expect with a property like this is a king size bed for the main room. Other than that everything was amazing.
