There weren’t any nice furnishings in the room, the canvas in the wall had a hole in it, there were loose hair in the bath tub, the toilet had no pressure to flush a sheet of toilet paper, the room smelt musty, there was a loose hair ball that looked like it came from a hair bush on the floor under the table, there was a loose power point in the wall could potentially be dangerous, the underground parking was very narrow to park in, shower gel in shower was empty had to go to reception to get small bottles of body wash for shower. Over all your staff were very helpful and lovely.

You mostly get what you pay for... Some aspects of the stay were good, others not good at all. I spent two weeks here recovering from surgery, so spent pretty much the whole time in my room in bed. The bed and linens were really comfortable and it was a good sized room (one of the riverview top floor rooms), with a balcony and nice view of the swan and city. I like the location, not far from the city, and it's nice being able to walk down along the swan. Not so good though; no plug for the bath, wifi was TERRIBLE, had to connect the TV to my personal hotspot on my phone for the duration of my stay, which chewed through all my data. My aircon leaked heavily for the first week of the stay despite reporting it on day 1. No calls or follow up until a cleaner finally actioned it while I was in the room a week later. I was overheating while on my post surgery meds and had to listen to it dripping into my bin or the kettle all day, every day. Staff were friendly and helpful though, and the one meal I was able to eat while on premises was actually a really good rib eye. Not a super nice hotel, but does the job :/

Property was outdated in areas. Stuff were asked to fix certain things in our room which never happened i.e. the showerhead felt like you’ll be water blasted. I’m not a pleasant experience in the bathroom and general cleanliness is not to scratch cutlery cups no vacuuming and general light cleaning only not great don’t think I’ll be back.
