Arrived 20 mins before check in after a long drive. Would not let us check in. Came back just after check in time and had to wait 20 mins in line. Once we finally got in, the room was great, spacious and clean, also convenient for walking to town. The restaurant had a great breakfast!

1. Room service( cleaning) not automatic. 2. Though fault of my own we unfortunately mixed our dates for reservation and flight day. The receptionist stated that he called my cellphone 9 to 10 times to inform us that we are supposed to check out that day. Not even one call was registered on my cell. It should be courtesy to leave a message informing me of the issue. Our stuff was put on garbage and taken in the back.

A lovely hotel stay in this property- nothing major to complain about. The front desk folks were responsive. Totally enjoyed the free Van Houtte Coffee at the reception- one of the best. Convenient location to attractions and downtown. Will return for sure!

This property was expensive for what you get. The hotel is like 20 feet away from train tracks and you will hear the train go by until about midnight. Also, the guest laundry machines (all of the ones in the facility) were “out of order.” The room was not very clean. There was a smear of old toothpaste on the back of the bathroom door. The location is great - quick on/off the highway. Overall, if you get a great price for this place, it’s fine but don’t expect too much.

The space and set up of our king bed suite (it had a loft) was fantastic. The decor is ok, but the room looks a little tired and could use an update - especially the tub/shower combo. The staff was friendly and helpful but we had limited interaction due to only staying one night. The fridge and counter with the sink in the living space was very useful. The location was handy - not far from the highway to Banff/calgary and the town of Canmore is easy to access. Be aware that there are train tracks close by. This hotel served is very well for a one night stay near Banff. We would have been happy to stay longer.
