Chelsea all inclusive resorts

I was annoyed that the room was not ready by 3:00. We arrived @ 12 and asked for an early check in. One of the rooms was available close to 3:00 and the other room was not available until 3:20 after several phone calls to ask them to get the room inspected so we could check in. For a one night stay, it should have been ready by 3:00. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean.

Beautiful hotel but rooms are abit old. Excellent location doesn’t get any better in Manhattan. Nice bell boy service .

I really liked how they were able to check us in early and their welcome was awesome. The conveniece of 3 different restaurants was outstanding, one being a 24 hour diner!
