Deep Water Docking

Endless Summer is a nice home for the whole family with a dock for one boat across the road. Large back yard for parking golf cart and boat trailers. Very conveniently located to all the amenities of Steinhatchee. Endless Summer is open concept with 3 large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Screened front and back porches and an outdoor shower. The Dock across the road (Riverside Dr.) is a park like setting with nice oaks and large dock. This is a private dock with two docking spaces, one for the owner and one dock space for guest. You are allowed one dock space. Dock space will accommodate larger boats.

scalloping in the "hatch"
its a decent property that is pretty bare bones. The lack of screens on the porches makes controlling bugs very difficult. The inside was a good layout with plenty of room for the family. Just note that the dock is a couple hundred yards from the house and it has pretty steep ingress/egress to access (obviously because of the storm surge and tidal issues). Just not great for any ederly or children.

Small grocery store well stocked within walking distance. Thrift store great for browsing just a couple blocks away. Area wonderful for long walks.

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were easy to contact and helpful with any questions. The 3rd bathroom was an outdoor shower which was great for rinsing the salt off. The dock is only a short walk from the house and in a great location on the river. We would definitely stay here again

Don’t miss this one!
Great completely updated home! Everything was clean and accessible. Location was perfect. Boat slip was about 1/2 block from the ramp. We had ample space for two trucks with trailers on each, 1 additional car, and two gold carts. Plus plenty more room to park. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed, coffee pot, and keurig too. Met the neighbors and they were great! No complaints at all for this property. Only thing it’s missing is a pool!

It was clean and kept, but the listing stated it was three bedroom and three bathroom. When we arrived, we could only see two bathrooms. When I contacted the agent she said that because there was an outdoor shower, they could list it as three bath. Very deceiving. We were three adult couples thinking each couple would have there own bathroom. Not a comfortable situation for us, as one of the bathrooms was in the master bedroom, so basically, the other four adults had to share a bathroom. Also all of the outdoor spickets were fixed so they could not be used.

5 of us took a friends trip for Fiddler Fest. A day before arrival received message from property manager that we could check in early if we desired. Home is completely updated and has everything you would need to cook and prepare meals in. Did not use boat slip that was included but walked there to watch fireworks. But, is walking distance and appears very new. Would def stay here again!

Relaxing Weekend in Lovely Cottage.
Stienhatchee is a great place to get away. Home is beautifully restored and furnished. Listing is somewhat misleading in that it appears house is across the street facing the river, but it is not. It is around the corner and down the street from the river. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Great Place!
This was our family's second stay at this house, and it was just as good as the first one! I had to move our dates back a day due to a doctor's appointment, which wasn't an issue. We have stayed at a few places, but this will be our top pick every time we come back from now on.

Great place!
Nice updated home. The pictures were accurate. We didn't use the boat dock but saw where it was located. The furniture was great, and the house was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. There isn't any wifi, so my daughter used my hotspot for her school work. We have stayed at a couple of different places before, but this one is by far the best, and we will book this again on our next trip.

The property was very clean, lots of room, and outdoor shower was a plus! Boat dock is across the street but wasn’t an issue! Owners are very nice! We enjoyed our stay here and will be back!
