One of the best hotels in the center of Madrid, right at La Gran Via. Strongly recommend this place.

Excellent hotel. Lovely rooms and great customer service. So convenient for the metro. Only 50yards away. One downside was the pool and spa were closed during our visit and we were not informed of this prior to arriving. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so it was quite disappointing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very enjoyable stay

I was extremely disappointed as I did not receive an upgrade. The room I reserved had no possible upgrade and sadly nothing in lieu was provided. Front desk amazing. Buffet breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff wonderful. However a few issues. Our WiFi kept cutting out and would kick me into my data. Because of this I ran out of data for my last day which was extremely frustrating as it added another cost I was not expecting. Our room was nice but difficult for a family of 4 as the washroom was all open and we could only go 1 at a time. But the biggest issue we had was our room. When we arrived I was given false information about the bedding. Everything is goose down filled and Im allergic. The 1st night we got in late and nothing could be done so needless to say I didn’t sleep. The next day it was corrected however the bed had no sheets or pillowcases. Luckily it was mid day that we popped into the hotel or I would hve had yet another night of no sleep.
