There was no one at reception during check-in (around 9pm) OR at check-out (around 9 am). The keys were left under a piece of paper with our names written on it in pen. I realize it's a budget hotel, but that's a first for me. The hotel served our purpose just fine however, so no real complaints. One word of warning - our bathrooms (we booked two rooms) were tiny, like, airplane tiny. So if you're on the large size, you should enquire about bathroom size. Kudos to the restaurant next to the hotel (a separate business) who allowed our party to order food, even though they were already closed.
