Dwellingup Retreat is a newly renovated heritage home and a great forest escape on the outskirts of the Dwellingup township. Dwellingup just 100km drive from Perth. It has been designed so you can relax and overlook the state forest on the new large wooden veranda.
The house features modern facilities such as unlimited NBN WIFI, a new washing machine, new bathroom and newly decorated rooms. The house has three bedrooms and one studio with a queen bed at the back if required for bigger groups. It has a closed off backyard which is great for kids with a large lawn area and a BBQ. It has a reverse cycle air conditioner in summer to keep you cool and a wood stove for winter. Dwellingup Retreat is family friendly accommodation or could be used for a romantic escape or adventure holiday.
The house sleeps 3 couples and 2 kids comfortably but it's also perfect for a couples' getaway. Sleep max 8 adults. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, 1 studio with a double bed and a lounge. Dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new double stove, coffee machine, juicer, microwave, blender and toaster, tea, coffee and basic pantry items.
Within a few minutes’ drive or walk are great bike and walking trails such as the Bibbulmun track which is 800 metres away. Five-minute drive to Dwellingup Tree Adventure’s where you can use zip lines to fly through the trees or you can visit Lane Poole Reserve and watch the waterfall or go for swim down the river. There is also an old steam train, that takes tours during the day and a offers a three course mean at night.
Dwellingup Retreat is within easily walking distance to the local tavern, IGA, restaurants, Wine Tree Cidery and Hotham Valley Railway and is walking distance from the sports oval, basketball court and a little skate park.
