Manager charged 2 hrs prior to arrival and then on arrival.When pointed out, proceeded to question my bank statement and evidence of the double charging. Also, was called away for emergency and had to check out early, prior to any room servicing, and would not refund any of the last nights room prepayment. Bed is a shocker.

I was put in room 2 which was right on the highway where large truck drivers put their brakes on which was noisy. There seemed to be other rooms available (no cars parked in their bays). Very friendly and helpful staff (I guess owners/managers).
