Poor Manager
Cameron at the front desk was amazing! He went above and beyond for us and was the definition of customer service. The manager Marion? Was an absolute nightmare. My fiancé's parents had ants in their room that got all over food for a wedding we were in the area for and the manager wanted to move them at 11 pm. This escalated and the manager had her parents trespassed on the property without allowing them to have breakfast. The manager then asked if I was staying in room 137 and my response was no I'm in room 147. The manager then told my fiance I lied to her and said I told her I did not know them. That is not true. I answered the question I was asked. That manager then told my fiance her parents called 5 times during the night which is not true they called once or twice. The management does not have proper training in customer service or de-escalating. To try and hold us responsible for another rooms issue is completely uncalled for. Ants throughout their room is a justifiable complaint, especially when food for a wedding gets ruined because of the condition of the room. Homeless were allowed to breakfast with the guests. When i pay that much for a room I expect the condition of all the rooms to be the same. I also would like to have breakfast with my family without the smell and look of homeless getting into the food for guests while trying to enjoy my time with my family.
