The lobby looked nice, breakfast was good but our room was not good. Lots of big stains on the carpet, rips on the arms of sofa. Looked like furniture thats for free on the curb. A q tip and deodorant were under the red chair left by a previous guest. Im not sure why this place had a score of 8/10. Id give it 4/10 for decent breakfast and helpful staff. Also the free wifi with no password didnt work well. Probably people on the street using it.

Liked the larger than average room with a nice couch, table and chairs to lounge in while watching TV rather than from the bed. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, hash browns, waffles, ect.

The employees were super friendly and caring to us and our children. The room was newly renovated and was very clean. The room was 80* when we arrived and after 2 hours only cooked down to 79*. We didn't sleep well due to the heat in the room all night. By morning (with the thermostat set to 64*) the room had only chilled to 75*. The hot tub in the pool area has not been functional for almost a year which is disappointing. The pool was heated so we were able to swim which was great for the kids. The breakfast staff was very kind and prompt with refilling empty food containers.

1st Time At This Hotel but not the last.
You can see/tell that Patrick (the manager) focuses on the comfort of his guests. It is very refreshing to see a manager do that nowadays. I look forward to stay here again.
